Additional resources for SJEC visitors (toiletries, printer ink, testing supplies, snacks, contraceptives, menstrual products, clothing and shoes, etc.), funding for student staff, and support for dialogue and advocacy training facilitators.
The Social Justice & Equity Center (SJEC) is a student-driven space where all students are welcome to learn, organize, and access resources related to any social justice or equity issue. In short, the SJEC is a place where students come to make things better—for themselves and for their communities.
Your contributions are important!
Your donations will enable us to provide more resources to students. Last year alone, students visited our space over 5,000 times to attend workshops, get free clothing or hygiene products, share personal struggles, and find support from hardworking and highly trained student staff. With additional funding, we can also provide training for student leaders to practice advocacy and dialogue skills and hire more student staff, helping more students turn their ideas into action, and develop the skills to become tomorrow’s community leaders.
